PayPal

The quicker your payment is processed, the sooner you will receive your ordered products. If you haven't registered for this service yet, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process. When paying with PayPal, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Sofortüberweisung (Coming Soon)
With Sofort, the online payment system from Sofort AG, you do not need to create a separate online account like with PayPal. Instead, you use your online banking credentials to make payments. You will need your bank details, banking PIN, and TAN list. After entering this information, the payment is processed, and the total amount is deducted from your bank account. Once the transaction is successfully completed, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. The payment system and data security at Sofort are TÜV-certified.

Klarna Invoice (Coming Soon)
Purchasing on invoice is a popular payment method among consumers and one of the most common options available. If you choose to buy on invoice, you have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to make your payment. After completing the order process, you will see the bank details for the transfer of the order amount. Regardless, you will receive your ordered items beforehand. The payment processing is handled by our partner Klarna. Additionally, we offer the option for installment payments.

Credit Card (Coming Soon)
Paying by credit card is a simple and quick way to settle your order. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The payment is processed in real-time once you complete the order, allowing us to handle your order immediately. Your data is transmitted securely and encrypted. The processing is managed through our trusted partner Mollie, a leading payment solutions provider in Europe. Mollie ensures secure and modern payment processing while adhering to the highest security standards, so you can shop with confidence.

Apple Pay (Coming Soon)
Apple Pay is a secure and fast payment method that can be used directly through your Apple device. With just a few clicks, you can conveniently pay online or in apps without needing to re-enter your payment information. Your transactions are protected by modern security features such as device authentication, keeping your data private. An Apple device with activated Apple Pay and a supported bank card is required.

Billie Invoice (B2B) (Coming Soon)
With Billie, business customers can conveniently shop on invoice with flexible payment terms. This B2B payment method offers maximum liquidity and a straightforward process, making it ideal for companies looking to manage their purchases efficiently. Billie checks your creditworthiness in real-time, ensuring transparency and security without hidden costs.

Direct Debit (B2B Customers Only) (Coming Soon)
The electronic direct debit procedure (ELV) remains a trusted payment option. If you prefer not to set up a PayPal account or do not have online banking, this payment method is suitable for you. We collaborate with PayPal, which provides us with a corresponding direct debit module. PayPal is a recognized provider of various payment systems and offers these solutions for extensive shop applications. With direct debit, your account will be charged after the order is completed.

Prepayment (Coming Soon)
Among all the modern payment options, the classic and time-tested method of prepayment should not be overlooked. You can either visit your bank, fill out a transfer form, and submit it, or drop it in your bank’s mail slot. The bank will handle the rest. You won’t need to share your bank details with anyone—only the bank itself has access to them. If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, which includes our bank details for the transfer.

Gift Voucher (Coming Soon)
Do you have a voucher that you would like to use for your order? You can redeem it in the shopping cart. If the voucher does not cover the entire invoice amount, you can select one of the payment methods mentioned above to pay the remaining balance. If the voucher exceeds the value of your current order, the remaining balance will be retained for your next purchase, allowing you to redeem it again by entering
Shipping

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €4. Shipping is free for orders over €69.

Since July 2021, we also offer an express shipping option via UPS for Germany. If you place your order before 10 AM, you will receive your package the next business day.
You can select the express option as a separate shipping method during the checkout process. The cost for express shipping is €6.90.

We ship your orders within Germany using DHL. Once we hand over the package to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are typically shipped within the next 1-2 business days.
Shipping to Packstations and Post Offices in Germany

You have the option to have your order delivered directly to a DHL Packstation or Post Office. The advantage of this service is that your delicious products won’t be left at your doorstep if you’re not home. You don’t have to personally receive the package; instead, you can pick it up at your chosen Packstation or Post Office at any time. DHL will notify you via email or SMS as soon as your delivery is ready for pickup. There are no additional costs for this service.

Please register in advance on the Deutsche Post website to use the Packstation/Post Office service.

Cancellation instructions

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will end 14 days after the day you, or a third party chosen by you (excluding the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period ends. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Note
If you financed this contract with a loan and later cancel the contract, you are no longer bound by the loan, provided both contracts are economically linked. This applies if we are your lender or if your lender cooperates with us regarding the financing. If we have already received the loan at the time of your cancellation, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract concerning the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. This does not apply if the contract involves acquiring financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
To minimize your contractual obligations, you may want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and withdraw from the loan agreement if applicable.

Return Labels
In addition to your legal rights, we will provide free return labels for your return. We will send you a link to a return label. You can then drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
